What we collect. Your email address, and your name if you choose to give it, when you join the list or use the brand inquiry form. When you answer the survey: your answers, your own words if you write any, the campaign tag on the link that brought you, and your email if you add it. A survey email is not added to the list.

Why. To send your verification and welcome emails, to tell you when Fondbloom opens, and for occasional updates about the brands we carry. Survey answers guide which brands and categories we look into, and a survey email lets us write back to you. We do not sell your email. Four services hold it for us so this site works: Resend sends our emails, Neon stores what you send us, Vercel runs the site, and Google Workspace runs our inbox, which gets a copy of what you send us. They hold it only to do that work for us.

How long we keep it. As long as you stay subscribed. If you never confirm your email, we delete it after 30 days. If you unsubscribe, we keep a record that you opted out so we do not email you again. Survey answers stay with us to guide what we carry; email us and we will delete yours.

Cookies and this browser. When you confirm your email, we set one cookie, fb_member, for a year. It holds only the founding code, never your email, so this browser shows your code when you come back. Unsubscribing clears it. While you unsubscribe, a second cookie holds your unsubscribe link for 10 minutes so the button works. When you join, this browser keeps your email for two days (fb_signup_email) so the survey can fill it in for you, and once you send the survey it notes that you did (fb_survey_done) so we stop asking. Both stay on your device and are not sent to us. We set no advertising or analytics cookies.

Unsubscribe. Every email has an unsubscribe link. Use it any time, no reason needed.
